Support rider Chris Wahl Pro Hillclimber - Thursday, July 22, 2010
I started out going to Jefferson PA on June 6th to the White Rose hillclimb and needless to say I was a little nervous with the new bike and first climb of the year. I finished 15th in the Extreme class on my Honda and ended up 16th on my Unlimited Suzuki. It was out of 20 of the top east coast riders but not were I wanted to be.

The following weekend I was back in PA  at Freemansburg. I had a new idea for my Extreme bike and and ran my unbolted paddle tire and it paid off. I ended up finishing 10th in Extreme and 14th in Unlimited, again 20 riders per class. The unlimited class ended up rained out so still not much improvement.

Finally the much anticipated close to home Avoca NY hillclimb. With a much needed confidence boost from my last Extreme rides in PA I ended up finishing 9th in the Extreme class with two smooth and consistent runs. Following suit I finally seem to have the Unlimited bike dialed and finished in tenth place. With payouts ending at 10th this was a great accomplishment that I didn't expect.

Next on the agenda will be Muskegon Michigan on August 1st and followed by the biggest climb of the year Poags Hole Dansville NY on August 15th.

See what Support rider Jason Gepford had to say! - Monday, July 19, 2010

I currently use the Flak Jak LT IMS. I really like it a lot. It offers me great protection. Mom likes the fact that the pads can be taken off and washed too. Our family has used HRP products for years and will continue to do so because we like the attention to detail that HRP takes regarding the quality, fit and function that is important for an MX rider of any age.

 Sincerely,

Jason Gepford

6/27/10 WNYOA IDR Harescramble, Berkshire, NY

Class- AA

Class Finish- 7th

The WNYOA Harescrambles are a great series, it is where I started racing. With some rain Saturday night, the course started out very slippery, but by the end it was excellent traction. I started off a little slow, but by the end I was making up time on the leaders, but it was too late. I had a great race, and am happy with my finish.

Smith $10 Goggle Upgrade

Smith wants to stoke everyone out at this year's event!

Smith wants to freshen up your eyewear and get you in a new pair of Smiths for just $10. Here is how it works: You bring in your old, crusty, tattered goggles and Smith will upgrade you with a fresh out of the box new pair for only $10 - It's that simple!

Smith realizes the demands of racing motocross and especially at the famous National track MX 338 at Southwick, MA. They want to make sure racers have the best vision possible for their day of racing. So riders can plan on bringing their scratched up old goggles (any brand) and get a new pair of Smiths.

This promotion also supports your retailer - how? Smith knows how key retailers are to the business model, so they made an incentive for Stimilon Shop Sponsors to support this program. For every goggle upgraded during the event, Smith will match the total amount for a buy one get one free program exclusively for Stimilon Shop Sponsors. So after riders get their goggles upgraded at the event, their local retailer will have extra lenses, tear offs, etc for them to accessorize their new gogs. They will also have a selection of new goggles stocked up since they can participate with a buy one get one free promotion through Smith. So everyone wins!

Know a shop that would benefit from this - have them email us to learn more davo@stimilon.com

Dont over think this - it is a simple way to stoke you out and get you in some fresh gogs. Limit 3 per person, while supplies last.

Support Rider Austin Terry - Tuesday, May 25, 2010
Round 2 of the Hooters Triple Crown Series at Windy Hill MX, Austin Terry takes the Overall.

First moto, Austin did an awesome job, and came away with the win. But then he felt sick. Fearful that he would not be able to race moto #2, as parents we were heartbroken for him, because we knew if he didn't race the moto, he would not be able to win the Triple Crown trophy, which he wants so badly to win. But he cowboyed up, and said he wanted to race.

Moto #2, he falls down 2 different times because of being weak, gets passed both times, but then digs deep and races hard to come back and get the win!!! We couldn't believe it!!! We were SO PROUD of the character and determination he displayed. It's weekends like this that remind us of why we love this sport, and how it can be such a great opportunity to teach our kids important life lessons like the importance of getting back up when life seems to kick you down.

Support rider Matthew Cropper - Wednesday, April 28, 2010

After Matthew's third race this season with the NEOC, he is the point leader in his 10-11 65 youth class.

He took another 2nd place finish at the Monster Buck, located in Cedarville, NJ. The entire second place Winners received the yellow flak guards HRP so graciously donated!

In his pit bike race this past weekend he took 6th out of 25 riders.

Support rider Noah Horton opening day at Winchester Speed Park - Monday, April 12, 2010

In the 65 class Noah struggled a little with starts in the first half.  He finished 4th and 11th in the first motos.  The second half went better on starts with a top 5 start in the C class (5th) and a lack luster start in the open class (15th).  Noah's overalls were a 5th in the 65 C and 13th in the Open class.

Noah dad Rick said the highlight of his weekend was watching Noah ride lines he has never before been confident on.  Deep ruts and tight inside lines are scary for young riders.  Noah rode ever inside line and tried harder to make them a faster way around the track. I told him yesterday that I was proud of him and he has matured as a rider over last year.

Thank you for your support.

Support Rider Josh Pease - Monday, April 12, 2010

This weekend was opening day at Winchester speedpark. A sunny and windy day but reasonably warm. The MX track was in awesome shape, Josh and his KX 250F were ready to compete.

After finishing 5th in the youth C at Capeway last weekend his confidence was high.

His first moto was the Open C 44 riders, with a mix of ages and bike sizes from 125's to 450's. Josh came off the gate in perfect form and eneded up at the first corner in 8th. His moto was flawless and one by one he picked off the competition. when the white flag came out he was working on second. A half a lap later he was there and closing on the first place rider! At the finish line he was on the inside and missed first by literally 2 feet!! This by far was one of his best motos to date!  However not to dissapoint, Josh backed up his second in open C moto two with a FIRST!! One of the other riders who talked to us later stated,"I just wanted to get around him then when I saw I could check his oil plug as he passed over me in the air over the 110 Footer I decided to give it up". In the Lites class Josh finished With an respectable 8t

See what John Moffett had to say about the K-Rib Wrap - Monday, January 18, 2010

This is what John Moffett had to say about the K-Rib Wrap

I use the K-Rib wrap on every ride. I've broken many ribs in the past and this is the best protector on the market today hands down. It fits under or over the jersey, is light weight and comfortable

The New K-Rib Wrap have arrived - Friday, November 20, 2009

New Hampshire, November 20, 2009- HRP Sports’ new K-Rib Wrap have arrived. Our completely new rib kidney belt design is like no other.  Designed to be used with suspenders as a mid- back/rib guard, or remove the suspenders and use as a lower back and side protective kidney belt.  Kidney belt designs have been stagnant since AXO introduced the hard back belt in the late 1980’s, until now.  The K-Rib Wrap is a revolutionary concept that takes protection to a new level.
