ONE-WAY SNAP SYSTEM

If you look under the cap piece, you will see that inside the female black cap, there is a little metal tab, this is there to secure the male part of the snap so that it doesn’t come undone when riding. To fasten the male into the cap portion, you make sure that the male snap fits under that tab and then it snaps in easy. To unfasten the snap, you need hold your thumb and turn the male part 180 degrees away from that tab and lift. The female tab is always facing the outside of the cap.
